it shows critics does not know what they are not criticizing.

Doesn't it just show that you disagree with critics?

Spiderverse was great. I'm glad I saw it in theaters. I'm actually thinking about going to see it in Imax. It was simply that visually appealing. It's given me babydaire nostalgia for Venom too.

I've only seen trailers and Spider-Pig is ruining the appeal for me, the moment he appears on screen all the dramatic tension seems to evaporate.

Is it really worth watching?

I haven't heard any overall negative reviews.

Hard reviewers are saying it's got some issues, but that it's still very worth seeing despite them. I'm a bit excited for it.

Saw Venom. It's not a good movie by any standard litmus test -- but I still really enjoyed it! (Mostly because Tom Hardy did not phone it in, he made the film interesting despite all the crappy elements. And Michelle Williams is typically good, although her part was thinly written.) So I think it's valid for the critics to call it crap and for the audience to enjoy it regardless. Dunno if I'd watch it again, but I was with a few friends and that made it fun...

Heard only good things about Spiderverse plus it looks intriguing and different. Will see eventually.

Peter Porker has been around a few decades.

He has my third favorite joke in the movie, which is better than it sounds because there were a lot of great jokes.

I'd figure you'd like any multiverse storyline that is properly coherent, but I'm not gonna die on this hill. If you don't want to see it, don't see it.

I'll see it.

I hope there's a Manspider who was bitten by a radioactive human and gained the powers of humanity, i.e. intelligence, speech (although in his home universe the only speaks to himself) and a coffee addiction.
