Walking Dead catch up marathon with take away on Friday, shopping Saturday daytime with bestie, then an unexpected twist to the Saturday night out. My old uni pall says, "oh, btw, I don't know where we're gonna end up having to go. It's another friends birthday so we'll be tagging along with a large group single girls celebrating. I'm sure you won't mind though." Haha watch me seduce them my incredible social awkwardness to the point where they don't even think I'm actually into girls. Lol. But stoner fest afterwards.

At the gas station down the road, there works a somber and anally anguished fellow who does the night shift. Every time I come in there in the middle of the night to get donuts or other munchies I can feel the waves of discontent radiating from him. Several times I've heard him grumble something under his breath or seen him clench his first. But when I arrive at the counter to pay, he is quiet and soft spoken, and tries not to make eye contact as he forcibly takes my money and hands me back my change. I don't know what it is I've done to rustle his jimmies to this extent. I'm literally one of the most well mannered customers a clerk can deal with, unless they're being a dick. I can sense his butt frustration seeping from his wrecked rump upon entering the store, his glute pain energizes me. I am tingly inside to know my mere presence has such a profound effect on him, and I gladly do my nighttime donut shopping at none other than this location now.

Yeah, kids get attached like that quickly. A few weekends is a lot for a child. Same thing happened in the summer when my daughter asked my best mate if she would be their new mother. The look of horror.

I would guess they see you as non-threatening which means low social rank in the animal world. It's like when dogs that are poorly trained take advantage of a human's weak boundaries and try to dominate humans(usually toddlers) through play. I'd say kids perceive the same signals when they seek out social support, but the same capacity also facilitates bullying.
