Well everytime I tried to view the forum I would get a Page cannot be displayed. So I tried a computer elsewhere and well it works fine.

I tried 3 different browsers and reset my cookies/data and I still can't access the forum on my home computer, but I can access other forums.:storks:

Im the only one who goes on the computer. No it does not.

I also get Server busy error on every computer I go on. Probably wouldnt hurt to change some of the server's settings.

You're sure ? Someone might have installed it for your own protection without telling you. Ever-loving people do that to save the ones they are concerned about.

This was noticed an hour or so ago, by glancing at Who's Online and seeing errors despite it not affecting madmins who browsing as usual would not realise others were getting such a message.

Alas, the hosts on shared hosting but rarely allow unqualified enthusiasts to tinker with their servers; but we here turned off the '*NIX Server Load Limit' in vBulletin itself, which is the only recourse possible, but one fraught with unknown consequences since nowhere does Jelsoft inform one of any possible repercussions. Which is standard for Jelsoft.

Admin lightspeed always said vBulletin was for SJs.

Sounds like it might be the same sort of problem I was having for a while with Aldo.

Try to ping www.intpforum.com from your home computer. Also try accessing the forum from a different computer using the same router or modem (the same one, not just the same brand) if this is convenient. If it's the same problem I had, neither test should work. If the latter test works, then regardless of the outcome of the first one, it's an issue with your computer (for example child locks).

If it's the same problem I had (and possibly if it isn't), I know a way around it.

It reminds me of another forum I know of running on SMF that kept getting "too many connections" errors that would make the site inaccessible for an hour or so, despite the number of connections never being shown as exceeding the limits.
