I know there's at least two of us who love this game (Alias and I). Anyone else play regularly? What class(es) do you main? What draws you to the game?

I play spy by far the most. Being deceptive and tricking people, especially landing trickstabs, I find so satisfying and exhilarating. It's unlike playing anything else in any predominantly shooter game. I also find engineer good fun

Hey

Used to play it a long time ago in the Orange Box but I sucked. Also played it on Steam but not that much. Have recently been wanting to log a few more hours in though. Played Spy and Doc but never reached a deep understanding of how the game works in order to be of much help to the team. Sometimes just gave up and tried to be the guy who runs around getting random kills. Some of the different games were fun and it had a steep learning curve so you had to play it a lot in order to have the most out of the experience. Kind of wanted to like it more but as with other fps I only played a little because it could be difficult for me to play and be good enough at a few different games. I at least felt like sinking time into other stuff. Hope to maybe find some excuses to log a bit more time into that.

I play Spy a lot, and Medic too. I love Spy's gameplay. It's all tricky, and certain playstyles get into the enemy's head, while others just confuse and annoy them. Medic is my second best, then Scout.

Pizzabeak, I'd really recommend picking it up soon. It's been getting a ton of fun updates, including aliens and Halloween soon. And Spy vs. Engineer war. It's free, and it's sooo much better than its orange box days. I will admit the learning curve is annoying at the start. But then it grows on you, because you can always learn a new way to play, and you're never perfect at it.

I like playing all of the classes but I always end up playing Pyro no matter what before ending my game. Running around setting the whole other team and turrets on fire with a competent Medic is always fun in my book.

I ended up re-dling the game because of this thread. Do you guys have some sort of Steam fan club for INTP members set up?

Hmmm, an INTP forum or INTP based Steam group seems interesting. I might set one up.

Addict here. I used to main spy but over time it got frustrating to be so vulnerable and rely on other peoples stupidity/lack of awareness. Now I play demo and enjoy his insane damage output, the only downside is, if I'm alone I'm basically canonfodder against good scouts.

Welcome to the club and forum!

I main Spy, and Scout and Medic are close. I'm pretty good at Demoman, too.

I have more hours logged as an engie than many gamers have on their entire libraries.

Over 1300 hours. Majority of it was on MvM.
After that, Deathrun servers (though I don't play those anymore)
After that, probably brony servers,
then pubs
then comp (mostly tf2center, but even then, hardly at all).

I've spent time elsewhere on tf2 but not enough to consider.

EDIT: Oh, favorite classes? Erm...
MvM: Scout, Soldier, Pyro, Engie, Spy
Pub: Soldier, Demo, Medic, Spy
Comp (lol, I'm terrible): Medic, Spy

I'm a really big fan of TF2. I've played for 335 hours. Not that much. I main Pyro, but I'm also considering maining Medic, because nobody bothers to go Medic anymore. I've been told I'm good at both, but I'm not too sure on that. If you want, add me on steam! :D http://steamcommunity.com/id/ProcinogenX_X/
