I added your details, just in case, and a guy showed up on my friends list. Wasn't you ("MBTI" and "INTP" rang no bells to him/her).

So yeah, I think EU and US are still separate at the moment (unless that person was a sibling/friend of yours (or a cracker) using your account).

Kind of odd that they had the exact same character code. Maybe the code-composer program thing gives that number to the first person who uses that name on each server or something.
