Here are some drawings I have done recently. I'm going for the photorealistic look because my drawing skills aren't advanced.

Ugh my computer is being really slow right now and I don't have time to fuck with it. I'll post the rest of the drawings in a day or so.

Thank you A22. BTW do you know that there's a theory out there that suggests that everyone is capable of drawing well? I'm not trying to sell anyone a book, especially one I haven't read yet, but according to what this book says about itself it delves into the notion that not only can anyone learn to draw but also it is a useful skill that can be transferred to business group dynamics. When I finally get both the money and time I guess I will find out weather this is bullshit or has some truth to it.
On another note, I finally got my computer running correctly (a minor fix) and I have finally returned to the forum - later than expected but I returned none the less. I have created an album in my forum profile that contains all my drawings. If anyone is interested just go there. This way I don't have to mess with posting things twice.

Yes, you are rather good at drawing. I've partly read a book called "drawing with the right side of your brain" or something to that effect. They claim it's about how you see reality, that it's just a matter of changing perspective. I say "just" but the course in the book is rather long so practice is needed.

Well, now I'm more interested in the book. I guess I ought to just buckle down and purchase it.

I have wonderful drawing ideas but I can't put'em in the paper. And I draw almost everyday (in class). Just sketches though.

Drawing is a technical skill that can be learned by anyone with practice.

Drawing on the right side of the brain is a great book, the main thing I got out of it was to break down the subject into shapes rather than ideas of those shapes. there are some fun excercises in there as well
