So, I bought two pairs of converse a few months ago. When I tried them in the store, they were fitting. Whenever I wear the low cut one out, it fits me pretty well. Just right. However, if I walk any longer than a few hours, it hurts so fucking bad. My toes are literally squashed. My toes cannot be stretched and are all folded inwards. Don't wanna waste my $$$. I don't even wear the high cut one, because the pain is worse (both logos are defected. I failed to check. Fuck you, converse, I trusted you.) I've tried to blow my shoes with a hairdryer and blah, but it seems to get worse instead. It gets a little bit tighter. I initially thought wearing it for long will stretch my shoes out. I've worn the low cut one 10-20 times, I think, and it's still so painful. The pain is so bad I feel like falling over. I walk home to save bus money too. Any advice? Sorry, it's not anything too intellectually stimulating. Pretty stupid question, in fact.

Btw, I used to have pretty skinny/bony feet when I wore sneakers all the time. But I started wearing sports shoes to school regularly, and my feet became wider. I'm wondering if that causes me to feel more pain. Will my feet gradually adapt back?

I suck at titles btw. So... Forgive me.

fancy things don't last.

buy a pair of outdoor leather boots(laceless ones are very practical) and save on shoes for years, as long as you keep the leather from cracking.

some shoes can cause ingrown toe nails, in which case a half size is ideal(9.5 etc), for feet that are broad at the end.

that's all the shoe lore that I hold, whether it will help or not I do not know.

I will not acknowledge the existence of such a thing as a "sneaker problem".
