At first glance I would say that Keirsey did better job with his fantastic four (SJ,SP, NT,NF). Need to go deeper with this one though.

Glad you find it interesting. I'm familiar with Keirsey's work but never really thought of comparing my idea to his.

I'd like to think of myself as a somewhat professional, but rather charming designer

The scores / tests results from here and another forum INTP Experience have helped me put together a rubric for my theory. I was able to figure out what the threshold / highest score should be for someone to have these archetype pairs.

I have problem with the career examples given for the 3 categories. One might expect a fine artist to be in the Designer category. But that's probematic for deciding what a fine artist is, isn't it? Graphic designer is included, but that's not at all the same thing. Law clerk and legal researcher are in there, aka paralegals. What about straight up Lawyers? Not categorized. What about dock workers, construction workers, axe men, police, etc? Total fail on what MBTI classifies as Sensors.

Charmers are categorized as lawyers

I presume you meant "lawyers are categorized as charmers". I say that's friggin' daft, coming from a family of lawyers. Lawyers are far more similar to computer programmers. Maybe you've watched too many courtroom dramas on TV? Actors playing lawyers are charmers.

I actually used the similar minds website to help with the careers. There are descriptions for each Myers Briggs type. And ENTJ the M.B. type that matches up with narcissism has lawyer and entertainment lawyer as being a favored career. So this isn't just me randomly picking careers based on intuition. There really was a method to this.
