Real life tactics game?

Hi there! I have just one simple problem...
If you would have to create tactics for real life within some game, any game, but only one game, which it would be?

Examples:
-> Code Geass, 2nd part - There is some tactizing, with use of chess. I know that he only played with figures around, but I would count it.
-> Naruto Shippuden, don't know exactly which part - When there was some fight including Shikamaru, Kakuzu and Hidan, he expressed himself as the horse in Shogi.
-> Death Note, Well, there were actually more of them. - It is not exactly one game with rules, but... Near and his thinking style was all about toys. But this is only optional one.

If there depends style of tactics, then I choose the psychological tactics. I mean - what do people think about? What will they choose for? What do they can say right after I will say XYZ etc.... I know that it might sound dumb, but this question was bothering me for long time. Thanks for answers!

You're looking for strategy games? Age of Empires is my favorite.

Ghost Recon is a FPS in which you'll use real-life military tactics and strategy.

Yes, interesting, but I mean more like... hmm, how to say it?

It is like tactizing in real life. Like I stand with 5 another persons in one room and say to myself "He is like horse, he is like king, she like queen" etc. (assuming the answer would be chess). Tactizing like He is now endangering me and she at once! It will be choice... to choose me or her. Get it? Hope yes.

//Oh, and one more thing! If you have more situations (Battle in war, psychological analysis, I don't know what else so quick, but I know you will find out ), say those too!
