After looking into pasghetti sas recipes, I think I devised a sas that would be ideal for my tastes. If anyone else wants to try it, I'm about to share it. I'm going to make it tomorrow night and share whether or not it was as awesome as I hope;
* Garlic, 3 cloves minced (or 4 with beef)
* Tomato sas, can I has... like, 2 lbls? (You can also use tomato paste and smashed maters, but I no has)
* (Option; ground beef, 1 lb)
* Onion, 2-3ish med diced
* Basil, 2-3 tsp
* Oregano, 4-6 tsp
* Salt, 2 tsp (3 with beef)
* Pepper, 1 tsp (2 with beef)
* Brown Sugar, 1 tsp
* Parmesan cheeze, to taste
Steps!
1. Saute Garlic and onions
1.5. (Option; brown ground beef. I suggest browning it after mixing some salt, garlic, and pepper into it. Ideally, crush instead of mince the garlic you mix into the meat)
2. Heat sas, add salt, sugar, pepper, and oregano..
3. Add sauteed garlic and onions to sas and stir.
3.5. (Option; Add ground beef and stir)
4. Allow to simmer, add basil right before removing from heat
5. Top your noodles with it, plop some cheese up ons, and omnom your face.
