My brother recently finished making a documentary dealing with modern politics, economics and the origins of the Occupy and Zeitgeist movements. Its 1:46:07, but I highly recommend it.

Its a documentary collage, so none of the footage is original, but I'm really proud of the narrative he was able to make and the impressive production value feel. Let me know what you think.

Today's the promotion day for the film. If you haven't watched it yet, I strongly recommend you do. If you know most of this and agree, you'll enjoy the narrative. if you don't know its vital you learn. If you disagree, its not bad to know why the other side believes the way they do.

The movie is called "Owned & Operated" and it's about the world and about society. It's an attempt to show the world not just as it is, but also as it could be, using Video, Audio, Images, and quotes collected from every corner of the internet... and using all those things, it attempts to create a single narrative thread about these topics... through these contributions of hundreds of different people.

The idea is to wake people up, and get them thinking about things they may not yet have been thinking about. Because honestly, it's time to wake the f*** up.

Just finished "Owned and Operated". Brilliant. It really coincides with the- "you think just because you have idea, it belongs you" mantra.

The first 3/4 of the film was very refreshing. It helped connect things for me,,,, now, I'm not worrying so much about the problem, as I am a solution.

The last parts from the film, the Zeitgeist/The Venus Project stuff. That's some NWO propaganda. A "Resource based economy" and the Zeitgeist desire to have advanced automated machinery and technology....weak. More like, gonna need something to do the heavy lifting and bullshit work after we kill off 75% of humanity. That's some way negative stuff. The Zeitgeist movement isn't just some cool concept but, a recruitment mechanism for intelligent forward thinkers and alike. It's a trick, like how the severity of the Wall St. bailout was undermined by some "Oh look, our nations first Black President!! and he's not a Republican. The Rich and Powerful don't want a shitty polluted planet for their grandchildren and, they don't want it filled with any poor people. Zeitgeist Movement is a Big Business hologram of crap. I mean, it has been getting promoted on mainstream liberal media for years now.. CNN, MSNBC.

Other than that, which I think was an honest mistake(the Zeitgeist thing), the film was epic.
