Anyway, dinner is coming so I'll try to keep this short and succint.

I'm a recovering TV Tropes addict, as of three hours ago, who has taken the long track through college (doesn't help that I changed majors, then started to slide into bad grades)

I'm also an officially diagnosed Aspie (meaning I have Asperger's for those not in the know).

I'm also attempting to write a novel (40 pages and 13k words before I got stuck)

And, I like to lurk way too much.

I'm stuck on my own ability to get distracte...ooh shiny *wanders off for an hour before returning*

As for the premise, well...The plot, which can best be described as 300 year old republic splits, civil war starts, third faction comes along forcing both sides to fight together, no clear victor by the end, mostly serves as a vehicle for the character interactions. It kinda evolved out of a silly idea for a fanfic from a $20 game called Critical Mass. The characters though, are the interesting part of it I think, though I am of the opinion that the characters should be the focus of a story, rather than the overall themes. If I had to define a premise, it would probably be that the most screwed up people can be really good at what they do...or that I'm completely batty:smiley_emoticons_mr(I couldn't resist)

Yep. For now, I'm working under the infinitely creative "Working Title"
