What Nootropic stacks do we take?

I don't take it constantly but I have:
Modafinil L-Theanine, Caffeine, 5-HTP, Resveratrol, Choline and Vitamin Pills.

Pretty broke atm but I get paid in 2 weeks so going to experiment.

What I've tried:
-Piracetam, Aniracetam, Noopept, Adrafinil and Armodafinil.

Any suggestions to keep the wandering mind focused?

I've tried modafinil, noopept and adrafinil before. They're definitely effective for purposes of focusing and overcoming procrastination.

My only warning is that the health effects of long-term usage seemed dubious to me, especially as they disturbed my sleep pattern in my experience. I also found there was a pay-off in that while I was more 'focused' other aspects of my cognition - like creative thinking, intuition, and day-dreaming - were impaired under the influence of it. Which is a trade-off I might see the value in making on particular days but it's worth baring in mind as a long-term choice.

I'm a bit of a nootropic skeptic tbh in comparison with more natural alternatives like good diet, sleep, exercise, and energy management. For example, I don't understand why the average 20-30 something would need any coffee in order to be motivated and energised if they're healthy and not over-working themselves. In my experience, it's possible for substances like coffee to become a dependency in which you end up needing them in order to be motivated and energised on a given day, and I'm able to achieve similar energy levels when I quit and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

I take them at specific times depending on the time of day, caffeine has a half life of 5 hours hours so in a normal day i'm awake 16-17 hours. If I take 150mg of caffeine I'll have about 20mg of caffeine left in my body.

With modafinil I took it at 9:30am this morning, I'll sleep at about 11:30pm tonight. The remnants will wear off by then, though if I take modafinil day after day the amount will compound, affecting my sleeping pattern.

I accept the cognitive tradeoff.

So I potentiated modafinil with caffeine yesterday and slept a disrupted 6 hours.

I think my modafinil is actually the armodafinil isomer so it last the longest at 18 hours.

Test today wish me luck.

I keep it nice and simple with caffeine and nicotine.
Do you take nicotine through cigarettes or through a tablet/patch

I use snus. Its very prevalent in the Nordic area, smoke is almost non-existent.

Interesting, never heard of it. I'd try nicotine in pill form or something, it is one of the most studied nootropics after all.

I had covid and faced an unpleasant consequence of this disease - extremelly strong weakness, even to make a sandwich, I was forced to sit down - I just had no strength to stand!
