If dispay were actually a word, what would be its definition?

Obviously it's short for a disaffected paynim. So it's some sort of terrorist thing.

Now that's a good definition. So far we got:

Dispay: -noun: A double headed three-year-old male red deer. - verb: To pay a negative amount, refund.

It seems you saved the image as a "jpeg" file before adding the fill, due to the algorithms used to compress files of that type that "white noise" effect is created, so there's nothing you can do to fix that particular file right now (unless you manually remove all the artefacts, or there's software out there somewhere that'll do it for you that I'm unaware of) but the good news is that there's nothing wrong with MSpaint itself, you just need to use the "Save As" function and manually select "bmp" as the file type whenever image quality is more important to you than saving space.

If you do that long enough, helium and/or apple prices will eventually change so much that you will not be making profit any more.
Also, I don't know if I would want an infinite amount of helium-filled apples. Eating them may be a bad idea when talking to someone.
