I'm stepping back into my old role to help out. I won't always be available but we should be overall more responsive with the extra manpower.

FYI
+ I'm busy so don't expect me to respond immediately.
+ I'm going to give plenty of warnings unless behaviour is particularly egregious.
+ I'm going to do less debating here because it makes modding hard.
+ I want to focus on reducing the amount of personal attacks that are taking place (and looking at the few years of reports I just went through, I am far from the only one who was getting frustrated by this).

For anyone who remembers my previous stint, I expect it to be pretty similar. Lots of traffic control threads to allow people the freedom to do things without disrupting other threads. Lots of warning. This will almost certainly occur for the current ideological warfare turning every thread into a battleground.
