The questions are phrased as dichotomies when there is almost always a third option. As mentioned above:
- I want to be in charge/I don't mind taking orders
- I will be a success/I am not too concerned about success

but also questions 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26... bugger it you get the point. This test is stupid. Who the fuck is Dr Drew? Ever heard of a Likert scale? How about offering response options that are... you know... inversely correlated/mutually exclusive/relevant?

I denounce this test, as the questions are not well thought out.
The image of some famous doctor (Not familiar with Dr. Drew, think he has some tv show) and the participation of celebrities is used as the selling point, while the test itself is mediocre.

I stumbled upon this test when I was researching the narcissistic inventory test. It has the same questions as the test in the OP, and pretty well the same results.

I got a 1. 1 point for self-sufficiency.

I also tried it on someone who I know has narcissistic traits, and that person scored higher. I think narcissists are unaware of themselves, and are more likely tricked into answering the questions based on what they really believe to be right.

The point I'm trying to make, is that narcissists are oblivious to what makes them so.
On the other hand, sociopaths (who also have high narcissistic traits) may be more aware of what they do, and they may not be oblivious. Perhaps a sociopath could tell the difference and get a perfect 0 on that test.

I have been doing a lot of research on narcissism and sociopaths for quite a while, and answered the questions based on what I believed (considering that I'm very much against narcissism). I may be slightly more narcissistic than a 1, but have did my best to veer myself away from being one.
