1. Names and dates. Usually I mentally refer to a person as face, where I usually encounter them, their attitude towards me and other noteworthy information. I guess I remember the concept of a person.
2. Tend to remember concepts but it really depends on interest.
3.With names, hearing others frequently saying them in relation to the person puts it into the 'other noteworthy information' category.
4. What is the question?
