Memories in third person

I've noticed that my memories are in third person (although i'm not sure if i've always remembered things in third person or if it just started). I also cannot feel(?) the emotions that I experienced in the moment i am remembering. It's almost as if i'm watching a movie, or looking back at a past life.

My memories don't feel real, or true. How can I trust my memories? If i'm imagining these memories, then who am i? Am I real? What is true?

Anyways, the main point of this thread is third person memories, any insight on why i'm remembering things in third person and not first person (basically everyone i've asked remembers things in first person), and if anyone else has memories in third person (their experience, backstory, blah blah blah).

If the memories are in third person are they even memories by definition anymore?

That's what I'm struggling with -- I don't know if I can trust my "memories" since they don't feel like mine, I know they are but It doesn't feel like it.

Any more stress these days?
How far back in the past are these memories that you can't relate to? 10 years, 4, 1, the last family reunion, when you spoke with your wife this morning?

First, IT'S JUST A USERNAME.

Secondly, I never notice when I'm stressed until I get physical symptoms (e.g. lossing period, shoulder tension). So no?

I don't know, I can remember some memories, but they're all scattered. My perception of time is distored a little, so that doesn't help with figuring when these memories happened. Sometimes I forgot the day of the week, or month, or the last time I showered... what I last ate(if I ate)... what I said to my friend... etc.
