Hahaha, that was a great video! The passing around the questions thing was an awesome idea! I'll have to keep that in mind. You guys look like you have a lot of fun together. By the way, I saw this up on the INFJ forum too. Would Laurie happen to be your sister?

Yes, me and her are twin sisters (in case you didn't notice!)
Glad you enjoyed it!

It's pronounced Intuitive Tea? Fuck, I've been saying Intuitivette in my head all this time.

Are you sure your ISFP friend is really an ISFP?

It was hard to read her from this, so I won't make any speculations, just curious to hear your thoughts on this.

I didn't get an ISFP vibe from the ISFP lolz. Are you sure she's ISFP?

That makes two of us. ;[

Three. I doubt anyone wouldn't make the same conclusion. There's no space and its a lower case t. Where was the clue to deciphering it as Intuitive T? I saw none. (except for the mysterious case of there being a word "Intuitivet".) I'm guessing it means NT.

...compare her to your INFP friend. Both IxFP--> supposedly weak-willed shy person.

Well they are not all like that, he in particular does not have the best developed social skills. No offense to your friend Intuitivet.

Ah, my name made sense to me XD I should have probably put in capitals. It does mean NT, because it was back when they were the only letters I was sure of!

I'm the one on the far left in the grey jumper (people mix us up all the time even though she's very different personality and dress wise).

The ISFP: I have no idea about her. She hides herself very well, so I've never been able to type her (apart from being an S). I'll ask her about it!

Adymus: That's alright, he's quite bad with people XD

Here's another of me and my INFJ sister interacting (I'm on the left again). This should clear up how we are pretty different!

Curious, why S?
Well, she thinks about the present and past, never about the future really. She likes things to be orderly in the same way my ISTP mum does, but she's less blunt about it (hence thinking F). She's not a J as far as I know because she seems to lack the drive and direction of one (although she used to seem like one). The I is because she can spend days without leaving the house and without talking and be fine (although maybe borderline as being with people doesn't seem to tire her out like it does with me and my sister).

Damn it! Now I am reading all of your posts in an English accent!

Honestly, I'm thinking ISFJ, She seems pretty directive in this video, and I see Fe and Ti. (That face she is making at 3:15, the drop of emotion as she is thinking with Ti, and then the look of concern from using Si)

She never crossed me as a J, but I guess maybe she's a J. I can kind of see it but she seems a bit directionless sometimes, but when she was younger she was very J-like (studying hard, focusing easily and such).

It just occurred to me that the video of you and your sister would be a very useful tool to show how Fe and Ti looks an a person's face when used at different levels.

When IntuitiveT talks, then Fe comes up just below the mid-line, but as soon as she stops talking, Bam, her face goes dead pan. With pretty much no effort at all.

Notice how when Laurie is articulating, Her Fe comes up past the midline, and then as soon as she stops talking, she'll clamp her lips down and start wrestling with her mouth a bit, because it actually takes energy for her to dead pan her face with Ti.

Haha very true. It's interesting to see that when I rewatch it (I don't usually watch videos of myself, it's weird). I have slightly overdeveloped Fe for an INTP because of being around my sister alot, and she has more Ti than most INFJs for the same reason!

I don't doubt that, My Niece is INFJ too, she is only 12 and has crazy use of Ti that she picked up from me, my brother, and my dad (INTP, ENTP, ENTP.)

It's funny because she uses her Ti at an even more sophisticated level that her mother uses her Te (She is an ENFP.) So it frustrates her to have to hear her daughter always talking back with "Why would I have to ______? That makes absolutely no sense."

Video is kinda adorable. It's a little bit trippy seeing female INTP mannerisms, as I don't know any in real life. Like looking into a gender-reversing mirror.

Your group of friends is really...nice. Too nice.

Adymus: I feel her pain XD My mum get driven mad by my Ti. How do they both deal with it?

Deckard: There aren't that many INTP females, but if you youtube INTP then you'll see far more female than male INTPs make videos explaining themselves.
Thank you, the group is nice alot of the time and frustrating other times, but I'm quite lucky to have such nice friends.

I can imagine it would be frustrating sometimes. I'd feel like I was walking on eggshells trying not to say the wrong thing around all those Feelers. Probably why most of my friends are T. I lack patience. :)

Yeah, I end up causing offense by accident (it's made me a bit more Fe I guess!) I'd like a few T friends (I only know two other Ts and they're not really in the group). What's it like being with other Ts?

Most of my friends are introverts, so that defines the dynamic as well. The humour can be more acerbic, and a good "burn" is appreciated rather than being hurtful. There are few restrictions on conversation, and controversial topics are embraced - they make for the best discussions! "Discussions" is used interchangeably with "arguments". Conversations can go deep into nerd/geek territory, and it's fine.

Also there's nobody watching out for whether everyone in the group is feeling comfortable, so there are sometimes gaps in the conversation that nobody really feels the need to fill. It's a very different dynamic than with a bunch of Feelers or Extroverts.

Ah that sounds interesting! I've noticed the same with my introverted friends, they don't need to fill the silence, whereas my extroverted friends do.
The debates/arguments rarely happen in the group, and only if I start them off. The others, seem to prefer conversation to discussion, although the INFP and INFJ like to debate a little.

Thanks for posting these. Your INFP friend makes me think I've never actually met a dominant Fi-user - I don't think I've ever seen someone communicate quite like that before. Then again, he does seem to be extremely shy.

Thanks :) Yeah, he was very awkward about doing it, he doesn't seem to like sharing any information with anyone, we're now debating his type (but he could be INFP still, we're unsure - by we I mean the people in the video).
