I've noticed that there are certain words and phrases that each type tend to like and/or use, that sort of highlight their idiosyncrasies.

I mean these words are just, downright verbal porn to these folks. Once they hear them they want to go run home into their little private places and imagine you saying the words over and over again.

I'll give a few. You add to the list. We'll all profit from a greater understanding of how to push people buttons.

Come on, I'm half kidding.

INTP - "Nuance"
Mmm. Some of you just blushed a little.

ESTJ - "Pecking Order"
Their eyes just light up after hearing this one.

ISTJ - "This is how things are done"
Yep, you continue to agree. Things always work that way and will never change.

INFJ - "Consciousness"
If you're at a party, beware of the kool-aid.

ISTP - "Don't cross my line"

ESFP - "Do what you feel"
Hopefully you're not alone together....

INFP - Words that rhyme with 'fluffy'

Note: This is an atrocious thread. But it made me laugh in the middle of studying for an exam today, so I posted it.

Sue me.

"Huh?"

Well yes and no.

Efficiency of a single variable is generally given as optimal.

So really, optimal is the buzzword you're after, because singular, independent variables rarely exist,

so they must be optimized against the efficiency plot of other mitigating variables.

This is a major weakness of extraverts sometimes (thinking types), to charge forward on whichever singular variable is most important to them while failing to optimize context.

These are mine - who cares for those other inferior types?

I am eager to agree, especially about:

to charge forward on whichever singular variable is most important to them while failing to optimize context.

This actually describes me very well (despite it being applied to extroverts). I'm always looking for ways to optimise for the variable I'm interested in, but not necessarily the variable that is required (darknight.jpg). I know I'm highjacking your thought here, but do you think that this sounds like the difference between Ti and Te? I can later use the comprehension attained from variable optimisation to optimise for an external goal later, but usually choose not to.

Edit: lol nvm you're ded.
