Watched it in an Aussie pub with the relatives. I was hoping to see a double KO but unfortunately no. It wasn't too bad either way but I need to see the scores. From what I saw Mayweather didn't deserve to win and I'd have liked to see Pacquao win every day of the week, even though I would have bet on Mayweather... lol

Mayweather multiple times convicted wife beater wins the match and walks away $20,000,000 richer while the pop-star prat cheers him on.

hmm, yeah I wanted Floyd to lose in the most upsetting was possible, i.e. tripping into Manny's punch, all I wanted was his record to be tarnished but instead it went how most people predicted it to go. Floyd's really too much of a by the books fighter to be really exciting for the general crowd to watch.

Heard that Pac had an injured shoulder and due to a paperwork oversight he wasn't permitted an anti-inflammatory before the match. It would explain why he only threw half his normal punch quantity (400 versus 750 or something); his strength seems to be in how many punches he actually attempts in a match.

Technically speaking Mayweather did win.

However, the fans were expecting a slugfest rather than a dance. Outboxing is a legitimate tactic but it isn't as flashy as slug fests and counterpunches. Obviously, the crowd aren't satisfied by Mayweather's performance. He might have won but those boos can mess up anyone.

Don't hate the player, hate the game. If a guy can get that sort of record off those tactics, you can't blame him for being good at decision making. The rules allow him to dance and clinch. Want a better spectator sport -> change the rules.

yeah, it was boring. Mayweather seemed to hold off in the beginning and then let out more halfway through the match.

Pac didn't fight well. I don't know if it was his shoulder or that Mayweather was too fast for him. He seemed to have trouble holding Mayweather. I wonder if Mayweather's longer reach had something to do with it as well.
