Lucid dreams of substance use.

A few weeks ago I had a strange lucid dream in which I had been drinking and was pretty drunk. I went to sleep completely sober when this occurred. It was an extremely lucid dream but all my senses were acting as if under the influence of alcohol. Last night I had a similar dream experience except I was high on weed instead. It was extremely lucid, but like before all my senses and thought patterns functioned as if I really had been under the influence- but I had gone to sleep perfectly clean.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? I find it quite intriguing that the brain has the ability to emulate these states from memory.

Of course, I remember smoking too much and seeing the crucifixion of jesus. It messes with your head overtime and tends to slow your thinking.

BTW I've once dreamed I was drinking scotch but never getting drunk. I thought it wasn't possible to get intoxicated in a dream.

Yes, it works. Sometimes moreso than the actual drugs.

I've had a few dreams in which I felt like I had smoked weed and was high, yes. But they weren't lucid. It's amazing.
