It is not as captivating as seeing Avatar for the first time but it is still very good, by far the best show on nick.

i gotta say i like the fact that toph's (toff?) daughter is such an icy bitch thus far, it really shows the writers are putting in some effort.

The fact that one of the new animal companions is a "fire ferret" (red panda, pretty much) is 50% of why I watch it. The other 50 is how much I remember enjoying the original, and that this version keeps a lot of why I did (crazy antics, good music, nice looking drawing, atmospheric, etc)

I don't watch much television, so to seek something out and watch it is pretty big for me.

I mean, holy shit, Pabu is cuter than my cat.

Really liking it so far too.

Very 'complete' and mature plot that can hook both young and older audiences.

Hehe, Tenzin's kids crack me up. I think the younger girl is Ne dom, and the older girl is Ni dom. And the little boy is SeTi.
