This is a great idea for a thread. I too greatly enjoy watching inteligent and interesting ideas being expoused. I am tho rather disapointed in how short this list is.

Anyway, I wish I wasnot so computer iliterate but I am unable to post a particular video. Here tho is a short list of a few that I quiet like.

Dawkins: Waking up in the Universe. Root if all Evil?, Blind Watchmaker. Nice Guys Finish First.
Dan Dennet: Free Will
Sam Harris: Letter to a Christian Nation.
Chris Hitchens: Misionary position (about mother tereasa)
Jared Diamond: Collapse of Societies.
"Most important image you will ever see" from the Hubble telescope.

Also there is an entire colection of videos at TED. Plenty of those are quite good.

Inside my head.
If you type "youtube.com/watch?" into the search box, it'll bring up all posts in the forum with youtube videos in them (about 11 results pages worth), then you can sift through them to find the ones you want. Have fun.

This isn't from the forums, but I've been having great fun with the Khan Academy videos. They've got pretty much the full K-12 math and science curriculum, plus tons of stuff on econ, finance and current economics (credit crisis, bailout, stimulus plan, etc.).

There's the TEDs too, but I never got into those for some reason.
