Which type(s) is most least likely type to take a personality test or think it's a waste of time to do so?

Objects in the mirror might look closer than they
I know an ESTJ who's totally against everything she doesn't knows of. You show her whatever and she'll automatically reject it. Unless/until some qualified people have told her that the said thing is interesting. It is like she doesn't put subjective value to things. She's not interested in anything.
Besides maybe running and staying fit.
I remember one day i was showing some original songs to some friends and she came in and said damn it sucks. But i don't take it personally because i know how she acts with everyone. It is not that she really disliked it. It is like that's the way of defending herself on the issue of lacking any kind of passion for things. And when she compares she goes evil. I remember she told me, i'm so hot, i'm a complete person. But there's nothing more than she's fucking hot. Which is almost nothing in my view.
She sucks in this sense. Very much. Totally.

i know i have a hard time raising curiosity for the subject in my social anxiety self help group peeps. they are mixed introverts but there is just one outspoken Ne type, other than me. the sensors are sceptical about the whole endeavor of systematic psychoanalysis, the NiFe types may be sceptical about me in person, because i'm just a perceiver and judgers associate competence with social status, even in a fucking social anxiety self help group. also Ni is skeptical of entry level typology, it seems too dead, just a map, no soul. there is one enfp who has showed the most interest, he asked me for book titles right away. i mostly speak of the ennneagram, because it has the most relevance for understanding social anxiety, but i also speak about cognition, because it has much relevance in communication, in explaining why individuals think differently and have different goals and needs and why they are all misunderstanding each other, when they project their own principles onto others. i also bother them with integral theory, it's my idea of fun.

They have an interesting mix of both actually. ESTJ's at least have something to back up that pride of theirs.

They simply don't find value in it. They are blinded by simple practicality. Of course this lends them to the judgment that being practical is of greater quality. Who isn't inclined to think their way is best?

I managed to "sell" the ESTJ profile to my ESTJ dad by telling him about the good aspects of Te and Si so I believe ESTJ's pride has some sway over practicality.

You don't think your relationship, being his child, could have had sway over the results of this event?

Let's just say that as an INTP son of a agriculturally inclined, traditionalist, manly ESTJ; my interests are quite a disappointment.

My SJ friends and family were all cool with taking the test and thought their profile descriptions... mmmmmmostly described their personalities, with a few notes that were off here and there. I feel the same way about most personality tests I've taken too (especially that one I got off of Facebook that said I was a sasquatch).

However, I have literally never been able to get my friends who I suspect of being SPs to take the test. Never. I have tried 3 to 5 by now. I think the FSPs and SFJs are a little less likely to take the test (too drunk/cynical about personality tests to be that interested, etc.). I'm not basing this opinion on anything but personal experience with aggressively waving the test in friends' faces though.

I have little in the way of ISFPs and their collaborative for the MBTI in general. They don't even have a Facebook group.

Sorry, I'm super exhausted right now and not sleeping much. I meant to say that my STJ friends and family were okay with the test, and that I suspect that the SFs are the least likely to bump into and think well of the test. I know that SPs (with the likely exception of ISTPs) are not supposed to be as well represented in college and on the internet compared to the other types, and that those are the two places where most people would be exposed to the test.

ESTP.

They're too busy wheeling motorbikes whilst simultaneously having sex.

Fact.

My dad is ENTP and he took the test, but after a while, he told me I was pigeonholing myself in, and he told me he never really took it seriously. He's just really critical and doesn't like categorizing things. He also says that it is too generic, he could see how everyone could think they are every personality.

I dont know how but I agree with his logic of MBTI and the same time I disagree with it. This will require much consideration.

MBTI proponents write with an element of normativity and prescriptivity, for example, when they suggest ways to develop yourself.

ISFJ. I've only been able get him to do it once, unfortunately. He won't take the values test either. Too busy frustrating himself with old nintendo games and watching anime.

Grayman, I believe you are INTJ. This would mean you are aware of this system of rules that people follow because of Ni deduction. You follow it too. Thus why you agree.
