In any case, i was wondering if anyone here is from Romania. And how come a lot of you are from Australia? Most interesting.

Well, we had one user, who comes from Romania. Though she really only posted a few things. Her nick is October.

I'm not aware of there being anything behind the number of Australians here. I don't think we're that numerous to be honest.

At one point there were a lot of Australians here, but there are not so many anymore.

Cognisant is particularly conspicuous in his absence. Others don't post so much any more either, like zxc, kumori, pixie. There have been others but I can't recall names just now.
