And when beliefs conflict? I believe you should be dead and you believe you have the right to live. Who has the right to defend their beliefs?

usually there is a court of law and police and government

you need to give a more concrete example because if some random guy killed me i'd be dead because he was on drugs or something? Why would i care if i am dead because some random guy had mental illness? How was I supposed to stop that?

if some random guy on drugs tried to stab me then because i was sober i'd kick his ass and i would not be dead. problem solved.

I would argue that rights exist in the realm of social consciousness. NOT individual consciousness. Therefore what I believe in my head is not applicable to the objective world and so can not be deemed an entitlement.

It is when a belief enters the arena of social consciousness that it is examined and decided to be or not to be a social idea. That idea originates with the belief. So for example Fascism as a belief is immune but Fascism as a social idea is not immune.

Belief is inherent in our psychology.

So do people really have the right to believe whatever they want?
Or should we accept that belief comes before action and make certain beliefs a crime, as I just mentioned racism already is to some extent.

If one is to answer the question whether something is right, one would have to first define what is "wrong".
So, you'd first have to define what according to you is wrong activity.

And then, simulate whether any beliefs are likely to lead to *wrongness*, and if they have an unacceptable high level of probability, then ban them...
Assuming banning a belief itself isnt a wrong action as defined by you.

I hate ethics, too subjective..
