Well hello there. I assure you sleeping as an INTP is completely normal behavior.


Just kidding. I don't know what is normal behavior. I am scared to be alone with my thoughts for too long. I hate lying in bed trying to fall asleep. I need to watch a TV show or listen to stand up comedy. Even when I was young I would put my radio onto a talk radio station. Now my favorite thing is to listen to guided meditations. Even so I get tops 4 hours a night.

Well, I haven`t slept for some nights and I was really tired. I slept 5-6 hours this night, which is basically a record for me.
I have some ideas I`ll post in the proper category, but mostly I would like you to help me by answering my questions and enhance my ideas. I will try to do the same for you.
