Black Rose
An unbreakable bond
Over the past two weeks, I have been doing allot of physical activities (cleaning my house walls and a lady's apartment)
I got sick with a cold for the last 7 days and have been drinking lots of water at the same time walking to the store.
This is better for me than not moving but so far my air conditioner has not been working, it is how at night.
Sweeting I know can clear out impurities in the body and moving can strengthen the muscles.
As I now realize (but did before) circulation matters to bodily functioning.
Stretching lets you have the full reach of the body.
Because it is all about the movement, of the cells and getting the biological materials where they need to be.
Anything blocking or any weak part is a problem for getting things where they need to be.
And I have begun to slow down my thoughts and perceive more of my environment.
I understand how proper circulation allows the brain to grow such that it can get signals where they need to be also.
The more complex the wires of the brain cells are weaved together, the more internal and external signals can be processed.
Thoughts usually block extraversion, which is the absorption of signals from the outside, isolating the brain.
Doing these physical activities I have to think less and pay attention more.
This also makes my dreams more real.
Without overworking my cognitive load (working memory) the stress is disinhibited from my thinking and I can feel my body as it is activated from within.
That makes it so much easier not to have anxiety, which is being trapped in some fashion.
Getting along with others is so much easier when all you do is listen and not be oppositional.
Of course, it takes practice being around and communicating with people who are imposing on you.
I learned that to relax takes a great deal of patience with others, to observe them and act less.
For me assisting is more helpful than commanding, because then I don't have to think hard.
Yet being free of anxiety gives me more ability to think, it unrestricts the brain-body connection.
Restriction cuts off circulation as in thinking too much or not moving the body correctly.
So what prevents this is observation of the body as it works, allowing it to do what it needs to do.
Observing the self and others allowing this to guild what comes next and not imposing upon it.
