With the OP, I doubt it would even come close to that. I'm sure there will be many interesting years ahead, and lots of time to think about it. Things may change.

But for now, if letting feelings known is scary, that's ok. If a time comes up you want to test the waters, I'd say that's ok.

If it's not reciprocated, well that'll suck a little. But I think humans are weird, that even if you were her nemesis, and showed a loving gesture, she would feel flattered and soft in some way or another. **Particularly an INFP.

The main difficulty in dating your best friend is that if things go badly, you could lose your friend. I dated my infp best friend, and that's what happened. Kinda sucked.

I think the relationship is fine as it is.

If you are indeed sexually attracted to her (love is such a vague word) then tell her. If it's a love that's merely a deep version sisterly or friendly love then leave things as is.

Ha, youknow I have a strange relationship with my INTP best friend, he's male and I'm female.

We both got really creeped out a couple of weeks ago because the way we were acting was like a recent married couple... I can't remember exactly what happened, but the thought must have crossed both our minds at the exact same time cuz we both froze where we stood, sized each other up - and both ran in different directions lolol.

He's like my left arm, and I'm his right arm, we couldn't function without each other.

We dated when we were 15 but I dumped him and broke his heart - apparently, he must have gotton over it by the time were 17 cuz we've been best friends since.

Oddly enough though, he has really grown into himself at the age of 23, and has become rather attractive... I can't decide if I'm sexually attracted to him or not....

Mind you, he's far more emotionally fragile than I...

I think crossing the best friend/lover line is forbidden. I think.

Get you friend drunk and make a pass, see what happens , if you get rejected you can blame the drink haha.
