Why an eye? Eyes to me signify an outward focus, or mystical acausal understanding.
The exemplar INTP I have in my mind is all about inward focus, and a rigorous, plodding understanding.
A box for a head with eyes that only appear fleetingly when new data is required would suit better from my perspective. Robotic eye stalks for precision etc.

I actually gave him the eye because it was inspired from the Ne function. For all the MBTI characters I'm making, their screen/face corresponds to the auxiliary function, not the dominant function.
The dominant function is more apparent in their fashion sense.
Anyways, I actually already posted about this guy many times on my blog @ hoicandara.tumblr.com but there's an album for this guy and his other mbti counterparts on my profile.
I think the single eye is fine, it's long been a symbol of knowledge and insight, particularly if it's neither clearly a left or right eye and central to the face thereby being indicative of the proverbial third eye, the mind's eye. Running with that theme I'd suggest that the humanish form should have only one eye or maybe only one eye visible at a time, perhaps if the hair is pulled back the other eye is revealed to be a blank screen, a neat little thing to reveal which strikes home the point that the human like face is just a mask, that the screen eye and the human like face eye are the same eye.
If you like where I'm going with this perhaps the screen head could be a rounded screen dome like the gold guy from Daft Punk? Then the human like face could quite literally be a mask and the eye seen on the screen shrinks down to peek through one eye-hole at a time.
The double mouth thing is very cool but what does it say about the character?
Perhaps he's able to raise/lower each set independently, so normally it's the human like set of square teeth but when he gets angry they retract and the sharp ones come down. INTPs are typically soft spoken and prefer to avoid conflict whenever possible (unless it's of an intellectual nature) but when angered can "wield words like swords" which the pointed teeth symbolize, rather than a predilection for violence which is what they most commonly indicate.
Finally, the dominant Ti function means that the INTP takes his interests and beliefs very seriously. Honesty and directness when explaining these interests are usually displayed. INTPs detest facades and particulary dislike people who exhibit them. Equally, those kind of people also dislike INTPs and avoid them at all cost, for they know that the INTP will see right through them. The INTP's serious nature also makes them almost immune to mockery and being made fun of, at least when face to face with their mocker. If someone attempts to make a sarcastic, mocking comment about an interest of an INTP, the latter will defend himself with a pure, almost naive seriousness, explaining his position with a severe exactness, wielding his words like swords. This almost always disarms the mocker who does not expect such a penetrating defence. The INTPs defence usually also contains a subtle but biting attack thrown back in the mocker's face, chiefly because the INTP cannot entirely hide the fact that he believes his opponent to be stupid. Such confrontations might develop rapidly into physical ones, a danger that the INTP should be aware of. This ability to wield words with cutting precision is one of the INTP's greatest assests, but equally one of his most deadly traits. He is capable of using words creatively to penetrate deep into the understanding of a subject, but if not checked and wielded carelessly, his words can become highly destructive, especially where the Feeling function is heavily suppressed.
Edit: In terms of sleeping maybe he either alternates between not sleeping at all (stands on the charging plate) and recreationally sleeping for weeks or even months on end, it would be a great writer's convenience.

Hmm... When I think about it, those ideas are really good...
He's a robot, but thinks and uses intuition in incredibly similar ways to a human INTP. Despite being a robot, he's actually pretty messy and horrible at organizing stuff (based on the fact that my art folders are a huge mess and I don't even know where some of my art is).

About the double mouth, it was actually inspired from Five Nights at Freddy's animatronics. But yeah, they were originally intended to be a defense mechanism. The original idea was that the jaws can bite at different strengths, but the idea that each jaw has different sharpness of teeth is quite interesting. Also he might do that to scare humans for fun (I've done something similar by pretending to be Sadako by wandering a campsite at 3 AM).
As for the recharge plate... He can charge by sleeping on a specialized bed built for his kind, he can charge from simply lying on a hard surface (this function kinda works like a pressure plate, he gains energy from the pressure. This function takes a LOT longer to recharge) and he can also charge "traditionally" with a charger (which can also be ridiculously long). How long he wants to sleep depends on the method of charging and depending on whether he wants to sleep or not.

That's quite advanced technology, and he's using it to make his head look like a rear projection screen which is an already outdated technology... so hipster

Having "grown up" with such a face his sense of self might be tied to it (the screen at least) which would explain why he might prefer it when alone or interacting with other bots even though the human/mask head is probably more advanced.
And/or the screen face/head/thing could be his virtual avatar, in part because it would require fewer polygons, or again he grew up like that so on some level that's how he still sees himself. To get really psychological about it his virtual avatar may be more human (with skin/muscles) in juxtaposition with his less humanoid head, perhaps suggesting a subconscious identity crisis, that being bipedal he now sees himself as physically human (insofar as it matters to him) and mentally machine.
If he likes to think of himself as being mentally superior to regular humans (an INTP trait) it might come as a shock discover how his emotions affect his decisions, he may have to come to terms with his unrealized humanity, I imagine it would be like receiving a diagnosis of schizophrenia. On the other side of the coin he may feel assured that he's physically human for all it matters only to be confronted by uniquely human situations. Like going to a party where everyone else is getting inebriated and feeling left out, or being approached a girl (or guy) that is attracted to his self assured presence but he can't understand or reciprocate those feelings.

Oh a silicone rubber face well that's scary all by itself, he can stretch it and pull it off his face but drawing that and the animatronics underneath will be quite a challenge. Speaking as someone that's fixated on developing robots my preference is for cast resin because no matter how you treat it silicone rubber is always going to look like silicone rubber, it just doesn't diffuse light the right way. Whereas the formulas of cast resin used for making dolls and figurines are specifically designed to do that and air brushing adds even more realism, granted makeup can be applied to silicone rubber but caking the face in foundation looks just as bad on a robot as it does on a real person.
Above is an example of extreme detail (and the weirdly idealized proportions that the BJD crowd seems to be into), below a mass produced figurine, good light diffusion on the skin but the lack of defects is itself a defect when it comes to realism.
Not that any of this is really relevant, I'm just soapboxing because most people have the sense to change the topic from robotics before I get this much inertia
The humanoid robots from the webcomic Questionable Content apparently have cloth skin (non-permeable on one side, kind of like a mattress protector) over artificial muscles covered in some sort of goop lubricant. So I guess they look muppets, which is clever because that wouldn't trigger much of an uncanny valley response (particularly if their skin is an unnatural color) because we're used to seeing cloth on people. But that's only a recent revelation and your drawings are about the same level of detail so be it silicone rubber, cast resin or special cloth no one is really going to know unless you specifically state it.

The sort of batteries most commonly used in contemporary robots are lithium polymer and it's considered good practice to remove them before charging (some people charge them in a fireproof bag) because faults in the manufacturing process can result in thermal runaway.
Really any battery that stores the amount of energy a humanoid robot is likely to use in a day will be prone to catastrophic failure due to the high energy density and potential discharge rate.

*spits water* wow I really haven't thought ahead that far. I was focusing on the big picture I guess... Lol.
Okay, maybe the screen head version could be an earlier design. Some point in his "life" he got an upgrade to the daft punk version. Guess maybe that could be a future AU, but I'm not gonna bother with making the daft punk version design (for now). Might make it when I have the time and mood.
That backstory idea would be an interesting addition to the comic, though!
About the face... Well... I wasn't really going to use cloth as his face. I thought maybe something a bit tougher. Cast resin seems like a really good idea, though.
He can get his power from any source of electricity, but the charging method I wrote down was based on the redstone pressure plates from Minecraft.
His batteries can be swapped but his batteries are a bit more advanced than our technology today (in the webcomic it takes place a bit further in the future, a bit like the setting of Big Hero 6), so his batteries don't need to be replaced too often. His inventor has quite a lot of batteries for him in case he breaks any (based on the fact that I am really good at draining my laptop's battery life).
He has his own consciousness, by the way. His personality is meant to be more like his inventor (who is also INTP) but more robotic and emotionless. He IS programmed with emotions, he just doesn't want to be making decisions and opinions that are based on something else than logic.
This got out of hand quickly... *stops typing to stare at the wall of text we made* yep.
I'm sticking with the screen head design for now as that will be what he looks like in the webcomic, but he will use the daft punk design some point in the comic.
I won't be drawing the webcomic anytime soon, though. There's probably gonna be oneshots or short comics for lols first, but I don't have that much free time to draw it. I might be starting to draw it in late May or early June.
I'm not going to give the other robots to have different heads, but I will use he daft punk and humanoid faces for Vocaloid stuff maybe (except ECHO)?
I was listening to Kokoro (which is a Vocaloid song) so that gave me the idea of the humanoid face version being Vocaloid.
