Humans with extra joints?

I've spent the last hour or so looking for any info regarding humans with mutations that have resulted in extra joints (elbows, knees, fingers joints, etc) and have been unable to find anything.

Does anyone here have any knowledge regarding such mutations?

Edit: I don't think it's possible to be born with say an extra knee on the same leg as that would be an entirely new structure whereas fingers are duplicates of the same structure. Although if you extend the toes into a foot and elongate the prior foot into a second shin that would get you a digitigrade leg:

I was born with extra foot bones near the ankle/arch, when I was a child, my pediatrician showed my Mom the xray. And, my chest bone over the heart area isn't exactly extra, but its about half inch thicker than most, ie, I could never sleep on hard ground as a child. Also, my shoulders are wider than most.

So, I don't know what that means, but its very possible to have extra bones.
