How do i get rid of Search Protect

I cannot uninstall it because my administrator settings are screwed up.
how do i enable my administrator account?

I need some reference as to what you get on the screen as I am not an expert in win 8.

Open cmd and type "net user" and give me a screenshot of that.

Eh, Windows 8 is garbage anyway.
Install Windows 7 and use it until it's no longer supported. Then try switching to Linux.
