Fun game, I was making pretty good progress until my character fell through some terrain (to be fair I was practically b-hopping over bins and fences) killing him instantly and upon being revived all my hard won gear was gone, all the warm clothes, all the food, almost all the sanitary products, and to add salt to the already considerable wound my character had permanent debuffs.

I didn't just lose my progress, I was worse off than when I started.

I've discovered that once you get in good with the church you can keep going back there for another 200 experience on your speech skill and the better your speech skill is the easier it is to send people there which improves your reputation with the church.

With a really high speech skill you can get into an endless loop of stealing shit from people and selling it back to them.
