New user here. I've been (quite expectedly) lurking about for a while. Finally decided to make a username.

I am a male.

My main focus in life is music. I'm halfway to a degree in Music Technology.

I'm excited to talk and explore :)

So like if you wanted to you could convert Kitaro's Field and Sundance tunes form his Spirit Of The Light album to a single March, replacing his 'flutes" with Alto Trumpets (Something I always wanted to do) Or is it something else you do?

Your main focus in life is music? You will find yourself amongst friends on INTPf. Flow (he's out of town for the next couple of months but he'll be back), RubberDucky, Anthile, and several others are good for a music chat.

Welcome.

About what a degree in music technology entails (I would quote the original post with a nice little frame if I knew how):

It varies from school to school, but at my school it is predominantly focused on the studio: Recording, producing, mixing, and mastering music - how to fulfill the expectations of an "audio engineer." I don't care much for the studio, but it is practical knowledge that I will undoubtedly use sometime. I really just love sound, so I'm following the most relevant degree path offered by my school. My main instrument is voice. Tenor.

Thanks for all the warm welcomes :)
