Hello peoples!
I have been snooping around random MBTI forums on the internet and doing general studying of the system itself for a while now. My first impression from it was that it is all very true and correct, however, this isn't good enough for me. I just keep searching for more information in trying to understand it.

The chase to understand it all (which I doubt will ever happen) is somewhat of a passion for me now. It's like I feel I'm on the cusp of understanding it, but it's just out of reach. (Yes, I just did say "I feel") Trying to understand this is just so much fun.

But yes, back to my intro - I'm 21, went to college twice, quit both times. First time as an ECE (Childcare worker for you americans), and second time for neuroscience in university.

Anywho, I'll be throwing in my two cents on random forums around these parts.

TLDR: Hi, you can call me Nick and I'm an INTP, that is all.

Hello, welcome.

Interesting that you're an INTP and English is your first language. I thought that the INTX with English as first language are so into the grammars and spelling. Haha, just kidding. :kilroy:

Edit : Ah sorry, everyday language in Canada is French, no?

Hey now, French speakers are in the minority. A good number of them are in quebec. Some in Ontario. I am some-what nitpicky about grammar and english, I can tolerate my own and others so long as I understand what they're trying to say. Usually a lot of asking if they know what I mean.

Is there a connection between understanding MBTI and understanding yourself?

It's probably one of the best tools I've run into, understanding others naturally helps you understand yourself by negatives. Just how it is easier to use the word "Unconcious."

When I do research into INTPs specifically it just isn't "filling" enough. I need comparisons to understand it better. But yes, I would very much like to understand myself fully, whether that's impossible or not I do not know.

Nice, my INTP friend is so into the grammars.
He said that chat with me made him use the brokeadick English as I am.
Every time I troll in the other forums, he can always spot my grammatical errors while others think that my English is fine.
Meh, english is not my first language, I only use english on internet forums. :D

Not only my friend, I guess some INTPs here tend to point out other's grammatical errors. My friend said that my grammars hurt his eyes when he read my post. :phear:
