I love ADHD medicine my ADHD friend gave me some once it made me feel really clever and concentrated, I did not drift once into imaginary realm of daemons during statistics class. Never taken anti psychotic meds though, don't know anything about them. I hope u get the advice u need.

I spent my last maths class doing active imagination in the room around me. It fit the subject - I was automatically visualising things like a giant infinity symbol going through the room, and a complex 3D graph.

I don't know if it can change, as far as my understanding goes no, though you can probably develop other functions, it shouldn't be seen as limiting. My ENTP friend says anti psychotic meds suck they make you slow and dumb (in his words).
