Lazilloth, Venidear, Faunikin, Abarren, Inqueor, etc.

I can make up names all day, but if you want a really good one, something with (fictional) depth and meaning I need to know about the character that's using it (i.e. what are your five most prominent qualities?).

I always opt for Bob. We really do need more character detail before coming up with something better. Personally I prefer names that invoke images completely different from the character of the person in question. For example: Bob is a trucker's name, a coal miner's name, or a constant feature at the local pub. But my Bob is equal parts intelligent, clever, and vicious. Bob loathes plebeian things like beer and the craps tables. He'd much rather gamble with people's livelihoods. That's why he also loves being named Bob. Nobody ever thinks Bob will stab them in the back.

You should go for Billy Bob.
The most red neck name ever ever. :p

or Tim. I've never known a Tim who wasn't indisputably awesome.

other options: Alexander, Augustus, Rykeir, Pedro, Xavier, Snydley, Daedulus (my 2nd favorite name, hell I wish it was mine.)

If you were female, I'd say name yourself Megatron and have people call you Meg.

Or, the contrary option is to call yourself Mercedes and have people call you Merc., as in Mercenary.

Edit: And no matter your gender or the name you choose, be sure to follow it up with something cool, like 'the Conqueror'.

The only Tim I know is a man who married his first cousin, has 5 children, and lives in the armpit of Alabama. No really, I'm telling the truth. :phear:

I agree with Bob, it is the shit. I strongly reccomend calling yourself Bob Strange, which is the name of someone i knew in school. His real name was robert but we called him bob and included his last name every time, for it was simply glorious.
