Does anyone else do this?

I just did, nothing in +12 hours and nothing substantial in at least 48.
But I drank more than three litres of coke zero, yeah not good :o

I'm easily distracted and forgetful, also the strange hours I keep make it difficult to predict when my next meal should be, for example going to bed without breakfast at 4am, sleeping through lunch, rushing off to work without eating, and then not having dinner until about 10:30pm, or midnight as I did tonight.

When I was a speed freak, I used to habitually forget to eat, drink, piss, shit, and of course, sleep. I don't mean neglect; I would simply forget that it's necessary to do those things occasionally. Those urges just didn't manifest as they should. Completely out of sync with my bodily needs, I was. Very unhealthy, to say the least.

But now I never 'forget'. I always know when I'm hungry and need to take on nutrients. However, time constraints often force me to postpone the inevitable. I do so with awareness.

I do this all of the time, way too much.

Usually only 20 - 24 hours at a time, but 48 like you said is not unheard of.

I'll go 12 hours or perhaps a little more but not much. I wouldn't call it forgetting unless it's my stomach that's doing the forgetting. I eat when it tells me to. It's one of the few body parts I have that can tell me what to do and get compliance.

I forget to eat sometimes. Usually my blood sugar tanks and my body asserts itself pretty quickly. Except for when I was working nights doing a manual labor job. I would go days without eating anything more substantial than toast. I just didn't get hungry. I lost about 20lbs doing that. People started freaking out and reminding me to eat after that.

I always forget to eat but only when I'm home. At work (office job, in front of a computer) I constantly eat. Usually junk food but also a lot of apples!

I like apples. They're tangy, crunchy, sweet, and good for you! I could go for an apple right now.

When I'm stressed and working hard, yes. When I was running a nightclub (full of crackhead employees. Hospitality people are all severe crackheads by definition) I would sometimes forget to eat for a couple of days or more, until my body reminded me with these lovely things called "hunger pangs" (real ones, not having the lite version most of us feel aka the munchies) which I can only describe as what women giving birth probably feel when delivering 40 pound babies sideways.

There are days when I forget to eat at least one meal, if not 2. If I miss 2, it's usually because I was doped up on coffee most of the day. So yea, missed meals are highly common with me.....

yes, and when i do its usually accompanied with a bloody knife in my hand, and a bad case of amnesia.
