Imagine you're standing at a cliff. There are four people standing with you. Somebody jumps. When they hit the ground, they bounce all the way back up onto the ledge but now they're holding a huge wad of cash that looks to be around $1,000,000 US dollars. "WOAH THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED" he says. Somebody else jumps and bounces back with a stack of documents. "HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE PROOF I'VE BEEN TRYING TO FORMULATE FOR MONTHS. I CAN GET MY PHD NOW." The third person jumps and hits the ground hard. Their mangled corpse lies at the bottom motionless. The fourth person looks horrified. "Oh my god I've known him since we were kids and he's never shown any suicidal tendencies." She pauses, but then jumps and comes back with the most beautiful sword you've ever seen. "I didn't want to live anymore after seeing my friend die, but the finest sword ever crafted is mine so I can slay my arch-nemesis now. Good thing I lived."
