Favourite Serial Killer

I know you all have a favourite serial killer.

Who and why?

I'm going to go with the classic Ted Bundy.

Why?

He was charismatic. He bites. He's attractive.

I'd have to say the Unabomber (even though he might not be rightly considered a serial killer?) because he had strong convictions and did what he felt he had to do to affect change in reality with no respect for morality nor law.

Jack the Ripper. Because I like myths and his is an especially memorable mark on London.

And he's always depicted wearing a top-hat, which is very bish bosh.

And, and he's the focus of Alan Moore's comic From Hell, which I love.

i love to make jokes about good old uncle adolf, if that counts. (i picture him like walter moers does, alternatively i picutre him as a lookalike of angela merkel). i sort of like charles manson, as a crazy wisdom guru, albeit i belive that he never murdered anyone, but he is thought of as killer in our psychopathic culture. i have never informed myself about the una bomber, but from a distance i have had similar thoughts like nil. however delving deeper into that line of spekulation makes me womit because statistically speaking terrorists are likely to be pretty unwise shitheads.

I was going to say Zodiac, but I've recently read a book about him, and his efforts went... erm.... downhill towards the end of his killing spree, which kinda ruined him for me.

So, I'll have to say the Son of Sam. The insanity is what gets me.
