As a brain talks to itself, it can form high metacognitive processes and also errors in its epistemological understanding of causal factors. This means a structural understanding of intelligence is necessary.

On creativity, there are millions of ways to get from A to Z. What matters is how we use our resources and tools to do so. By looking into what the mechanism of intelligence is we find that control theory is important. Control theory requires a meta-process. Trial and error to get things to work. But then we can combine aspects of different experiments to come up with novel ideas and solutions. Foxes can do multilevel reasoning in tricking predators and prey.

The key aspect of intelligence tests is the manipulation of information. This requires understanding how results are achieved within a given time frame. The causal links between different patterns. In fact, the only criteria for these tests is the computation of multiple factors at once. What is not seen however is that by only taking simple samples of certain kinds of information we miss how much information can be manipulated as to its kind. There are 180 regions of the neocortex that work together seeing patterns that are not possible to sample on tests, not with accurate precision.

How does cognitive control work then? One factor must be constant, well others do the trial and error. Then planning comes in. Once all variables have been accounted for execution happens. And when mistakes are made a contingency is set in place based on a priority of needs. Systems and subsystems play a role in this. We get things to work by a top-down approach. What comes first second then third and what if we need to learn something new? All this takes place at the same time in an almost brute-force fashion. Because we are looking for structures that build on each other once thoroughly tested.

At face, we look for algorithms that can be combined with other algorithms recursively and simulated in our heads before implementation. There might not be perfect answers but it is possible to adjust to circumstances and find the best fit for that moment. There are metrics for how long something can be sustained and when failures begin to appear. The ability to calculate in the brain is the bottleneck for what can be done in the production of stable algorithms.

It is possible to map this to a brain's memory network taking into account the parallel nature of executive control. All that is needed is a well-defined exploratory environment. We want to know the capability of it as it gains complexity. To do so tasks must be made in all kinds of symetries. The most intelligent network can perform in all situations.

I learned recently that I have very poor executive control in certain areas of my brain.

Actually, I knew this for a long time.

Programming computers and drawing is hard to do.

I cannot hold all the necessary information to complete these tasks.

And projecting into the future is hard as well.

I wish something could be done about it.

I know that autism can be alleviated via neurofeedback.

Some of this might be related to stress or anxiety. I don't have as much executive function as I had before sleep apnea.
And, it interupts my sleep, so I don't feel refreshed, but vitamin B and B12 do help me feel more of the executive control.
And some of the bach flower remedies help with decisions and thinking and enthusiasm too.
I'm doing wild rose, elm and olive right now. Can also check amazon for Bach flower remedy 'Elm', it helps with this.

Elm for Efficiency & Self-Assurance

B complex really improves my mental capacity:
Solgar B-Complex "100", 100 Vegetable Capsules - Heart Health - Nervous System Support - Supports Energy Metabolism

B12 - also good - its called:
Seeking Health Active B12 with L-5-MTHF - MTHFR Support Supplement - Methylation Support Supplement - Lozenges to Support Brain Health & Energy -

Here is a frequency you can play to alter the brain waves and relax into a deeper state:

Thanks @birdsnestfern

Those helped me calm down from all the vibrations of the electromagnetisms.

I feel like a common problem for me is being meta is easy, but the drawbacks of being meta, is lots of errors, and loss of details. Or loss of flexibility. Being meta is cool, but situations need constant adjustments, especially situations with lots of unknowns, where being meta is kind of like trying to juggle balls, and trying to apply some sort of complex idea to it, when all I need to do is keep my eyes and hands in proper sequence. Lots of life seems metaless if you know what I mean.
I feel like due to being neurodivergent I have completely different meta set up in my mind, definitely had different way of being self aware.

I feel like most of my creativity comes from not carrying for consequence or results.
Just splash paint on the canvas and throw a naked body in and see what happens.
I would often engage in activities where seeing what happens without concern for outcome was common, and hence I think I practiced creativity.
Hence why outcome based focus is less creative.

What is control theory?

I often feel like my regions of mind are not communicating well. That leads to situations where common situations I could solve for normally become hard tasks.
Kind of like when you have a word that escapes your memory.

Sometimes I feel like I am smashing algorithms into some smoothy. Like thoughts and ideas meet, and they just crash and mix. I think my brain CEO is crazy.

I feel like our brains are specifically great at figuring out chaos and making it into some order, whatever situation ergo adaptive, but I also think a lot of this is the baseline building block for all other structures of thinking.

What do you mean by symetries?

What is control theory?

multilayer feedback systems that constantly adjust to the main trajectory point.

What do you mean by symetries?

more to do with a-symmetry

in a working memory navigation task, a cognitive system is looking for a flexible way to navigate but to do so remembering things creates relationships that are more or less asymmetrical to the position they are at. This leads to ways of learning cause and effect in the feedback layers.

I often feel like my regions of mind are not communicating well.

I can see that with me I need to make myself work on reinforcing those areas that are weak by inhibiting my impulsivity.

I think my brain CEO is crazy.

I know a person who can multiply large numbers in 0.5 seconds: quick what is (what is 312 times 902). And they can play shooter games fast. They are ISTP.

I bet because you may be INTJ you connect the front brain to the middle brain meaning you get meta insight but lack Se somewhat. Definantlly lack Si but getting better with your yoga. I suggest getting into fast games and holding back impulses to start making it easier to evaluate details. And observe people more in real life about how you influence them and how they influence others. Try listening alot.
