Yes interviewed there and various media.
There's a skill to it I learned that depends on the media. With print it's a matter of parsing everything you say, one slip and they'll pounce on it and take out of context (because it sounds good). And make you look like an idiot (never speak colloquially).
With TV/video etc it's a matter of presentation, in addition to the above you have to learn to see how you look on the camera while you're doing it. Become a actor. Best approach is to pick some persona - "relaxed guy", "intense guy", "smart guy" and stick with it.
I didn't do it enough to become practiced, but did it enough to know it's not something I want to do. I was probably the most comfortable with radio. I suppose because there wasn't a writer/editor to muck with what I said, but without the camera eye staring at you.
