Terence speaks of encounters with beings resembling the myths of folklore such as faeries, gnomes, jinn, and so on. This is connected with alien species, but are not invaders from another planet so much as coinhabitors.

Then there are humans who have passed onto the spirit realm, perhaps recently or some time ago, and can influence what happens on earth.

The spiritual community knows about this sort of stuff, but will the scientific community catch on?

I've heard things about aliens in the media, and there is mention of paranormal in popular culture.

But will proof to convince the skeptic come about? After all, there are reliable methods for contacting non-physical entities, so why aren't we hearing about this?

Some people, such as Terence, have contacted other entities through drugs.

I contact spirits all throughout the day without drugs.

Surely these things could be investigated. Or is science simply unable, or unwilling, to delve too much into the realms of personal experience?

I didn't watch your first video because it's far too long.

Science does have its fashions, funding tends to go to whichever research projects are deemed most promising and such judgements are made based on the success of past projects, so it's not inconceivable that mainstream science has blind spots.

Although even if it's a known and well recorded phenomenon the fact remains that personal testimonies of subjective experiences hold very little value to the mainstream scientific community. Certainly there's evidence of something happening and certainly reliable evidence could lead to new discoveries, but whether that is extra-dimensional entities or merely insights into human psychology is yet to be determined.

Developments in brain scanning and brain-computer-interface technologies could change this however, enabling people to see and record what a psychonaut is seeing, hearing and perhaps even feeling to some extent. If it turns out psychonauts who have never met each other before are apparently meeting the same entities... It would be like a new space race, a whole new barely tapped field of scientific inquiry with unknown potential, I can't even imagine the excitement.

There's a bit in the first video a few minutes in that speaks about what I was saying.

The second video is more relevant.

@Cognisant

The thing is though, if say the magickal communities can share methods of contacting entities and developing a knowledge base together, and psychedelic users are contacting entities via a different way that can be potentially turned into a rather universal narrative, then science should be able to already do something without needing to development new technology such as brain related procedures or artificial intelligence. We should be doing it already.

This gets into what the boundaries of science are said to be though. To avoid a semantics debate, I will say that even if a scientific account per se doesn't form, there should be wider interest shown, and something similar to a scientific account.

There is likely non-public research being done in these areas, but why is it not public? Instead the public is kept blinded about the other side, while some, typically the spiritually gifted, pursue this and that spiritual pathway.

We have the ability to make this knowledge well known, it would just take co-ordination to enact the creation of a spiritual foundation, akin to the foundation of essentially any subject.

I won't be working much on that myself, but hopefully someone will.

There's no conspiracy, there's just little to go on other than witness accounts of entirely subjective experiences and that isn't really proof of anything when the witnesses in question are in a drug induced altered state of mind.

There have been multiple attempts at investigating psychic phenomena, so far nothing reliable has been found.

That's just how it works man, surveyors gotta find the gold before the miners start digging, if you want to be a pathfinder for science by all means do so and if you actually succeed you'll be a legendary pioneer, but don't stake your life on looking for a city of gold that might not actually exist.

I see it as proof of SOMETHING, if everyone is reporting similar things from trips, though it would require a lot of interpretation to say what it means exactly to, say, talk to elves.

There's that TED talk from the ex-CIA guy talking about remote viewing experiments. The results were clear but there were some methodological errors that stop the results being widely accepted.

Surely there is much secret research being done.

Like I said I won't be trying to fulfill the task of producing a concise, coherent foundation of spirituality. The problem is people don't understand what I say well enough so I can't be the point it spreads from.

I mean I kind of am producing accounts from my talks with the spirits, such as my idea of what happens in the afterlife. While on the topic, science should pay more attention to mediums and others with spiritual gifts.

What I actually might do - and again this won't be likely to spread because people don't understand me, I don't communicate normally - is to provide an account of morality. This could be taught along other philosophical and religious approaches to morality.

But yeah. The spiritual types know things quite clearly that are not regarded as verified. They can communicate these truths to each other, but with varied accounts and intangible evidence, consensus is difficult.
