Eraserhead

I just saw Eraserhead and i really liked it. A lot of people said they couldn't stand 30 minutes of it, but the strangeness intrigued me. I almost felt like a part of the strange universe conceived in the movie.

Many people debate the meaning of the film, i thought we could also ask a few questions here.

i really appreciate films like eraserhead, there's so much to dig around in. i believe the plot is not really meant to be explained in linear fashion, as many of the scenes are from dreams that lynch had.

my favorite scene is probably where henry is introduced to the family for dinner. there's a nice analogy where the mother is interrogating henry with a mother dog suckling puppies in the background.

i could also mention the sound design, which has yet to be surpassed in many ways.. great stuff.
