1. Your control of emotions?
I deconstruct them, or redirect them , i.e. if I'm upset about something I'll wiggle my toes instead of letting it show on my face.

2. How you express your emotions?
I try not to, but when I do it's mostly tone of voice.

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement?
I can't deny that they affect me at some innate level, but compensate for it.

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions?
Metaphors or I explain the stimuli that prompted them.

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
A hindrance, though a mostly pleasant one.

1. Your control of emotions?
Generally high control. When I lose control it is usually due to anger, which will usually manifest in biting insults (rather than physical violence) but last for a very short time before I regain control.

2. How you express your emotions?
Facial expression, smile, directly stating my emotions.

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement (and in what specific situations)?
Well, infatuation has led directly to misinterpretation of 'signals' from the object. I can't think of another good example.

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions (ex. visual representations, auditory, tactile, etc.)?
Not really. If I talk about them I usually talk about them plainly.

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
If I'm melancholic, I won't be very active. If anxious, I'll tend to sleep. They also influence, I think, what music I'll listen to, my posture, and other such things.

1. Your control of emotions?
High and low. I don't usually show emotions, but they end up coming out somewhere else usually. If someone snaps at me, I might feel down as a result. Then later on I'd get frustrated with something completely separate, like an essay or something.

2. How you express your emotions?
I don't, really. I mightn't be able to hide strong emotions in my voice though.

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement (and in what specific situations)?
Usually they distract me more than anything else. I may feel my stomach burning, and I think "oh crap, I'm getting emotional". Then I deconstruct the feels and seek out their roots, completely disengaging myself from whatever physical situation I'm in in the process.

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions (ex. visual representations, auditory, tactile, etc.)?
I wrote a poem a couple of weeks ago.

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
They're very important to me, but I just haven't got a clue what to do with them.

1. Your control of emotions?
Depends on my state of health, often how much sleep I've had. On a good day high, I can confine my emotions to a small part of my mind and analyse them.
On a not so good day I'm close to tears for no reason, all the time.

2. How you express your emotions?
Facial expression, speech. I have certain tells, but few people pick up on them.

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement?
Generally I am aware of my state of mind, and emotions do not affect my judgement without my brains' permission. (e.g. You feel like jumping off a bridge? No. Bad feelings. Go binge on chocolate, instead.)

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions?
I feel like {(strangling someone), (hugging someone), (hanging myself), (singing), (etc.)}

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
Usually quite agreeable, occasionally revolt against common sense, then become an annoyance and source of embarassment.

1. Your control of emotions?
They're either spilling out of me or non-existent. Sometimes I can control them well, and other times I can't. I don't see a pattern.

2. How you express your emotions?
When I'm upset it's written all over my face. It's embarrassing. When I'm hyper, I'm bouncing off of the walls.

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement (and in what specific situations)?
Anger is the only one that affects my judgement. I end up snapping at people and making hurtful comments before I can stop myself.

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions (ex. visual representations, auditory, tactile, etc.)?

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
They're a nuisance and I wish I could get rid of them and always be pleasant. I think they control me more than I'd like to admit.

1. Your control of emotions?
i tend to have very good control of my emotions, although frustration shows through easily, and i find it difficult to get angry in general.

2. How you express your emotions?
terribly, usually in a reflective manner such as "you remember when ___ happened? yeah, i was really ____"

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement (and in what specific situations)?
only when i feel the answer is not obvious to me, i look to how i feel before i look to others(assuming we are talking about the conscious level of affecting)

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions (ex. visual representations, auditory, tactile, etc.)?
when needed, visual and tactile usually, describing them in an absract way with useless hand signals

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
a large role, as i feel the need to understand myself and those around me, especially the in the abstract/emotional form, in order to make good decisions

1. Your control of emotions?
I don't control them much at all.
Yet, surprisingly, they behave quite well on their own.

2. How you express your emotions?
It depends on the emotion..

Happiness: A subtle smile. You won't notice the difference unless you've known me for a while. However if I am overjoyed then I'll act rather childishly.

Guilt/Shame: I will be over-apologetic. And if nothing else can be done about it, I'll just go for a walk at night and collapse by a tree somewhere and think.. feel..

Anger/Frustration: This emotion is rare, and even more rare when directed at people. I may listen to some heavy rock music when like this.

Sadness/Grief: rivers..

3. If/how emotions affect your judgement?
Emotions are my judgment.
Logic is also my judgment.
It's not impossible to have both, but when there's two minds in one body it can be difficult to take any specific "action" which both will approve of.

4. Do you use any devices to describe emotions?
I use journals to trap my emotions into something solid.
Reflecting on what I wrote the day after helps me understand them better.

5. What part (if any) do emotions play in your day to day life?
The roll of a big brother and a son.
