This happens to me often: I'll see a picture of me or video and I can't believe that it's what I look like- it just seems wrong. Also, whenever I look in the mirror the first split second surprises me- Really? That's what I really look like?
Does this happen to anyone else? If so, how do you look different than you think you do? Or do you think of yourself as looking like anything?
For me I think it might surprise me that I'm actually in a body sometimes, that I actually have a distinctive look. Also, I think my eyes are bigger, more buggy than I think and I look more ethnic than I think- very Mediterranean.
