Do people even read this stuff?

I remember this introduction yourself type of subsections were popular in the more olden days of the internet.. odd that we have one here. It doesn't hurt to introduce yourself though I guess.

Let's see I've been taking the MBTI test for around 5 years now... every 6 months or so to see if there's any variation. I've consistently been tested as INTP, so I guess that's what I am.

When I was in the military (my country as a mandatory one) I spent my time categorzing people and to see and understand how their relationships worked. MBTI illuminated this to me and it was a fascinating experience for me. I also sometimes lurk on these forums, but since I was getting bored of them other messaging boards that I were active in I thought I'd join here with my personality peeps.

I'm a pretty laid back guy, but sure. I did get 19/20 on my marksmenship scores for my 100, 200, and 250 meters (in the winter too).

I'm more interested in relations and cognitive functions, not psychology as a whole. Mental disorders is another area that I'm interested in as well, bipolar, depression, schizophrenia etc.

from what i recall, most people who introduce themselves usually don't stick around or at least do not post anything for a long time.
I regard it as sort of a trial membership.

If you can't take the heat, get out of the fire! It's difficult to test the waters amongst INTPs.

With that said... I introduced myself and I'm still around. Just to be a bad-ass!
