I watched Crank 2 yesterday and I've got to say that it was the best damn movie I've seen all year. The non-stop action, the random insanity and of course that scene at the race track.

I loved the first Crank but I thought the second one out shone it in nearly all areas. Anybody else here a fan of the movie.

But again, this one needs to be watched to get the idea why I said so.

I prefer the first Crank. I think apart from a few good ideas the second one sucked. It tried way too hard to be offensive at the expense of vital things such as story, pacing and even memorable action. Instead of Statham kicking ass we basically got lots of tits and whores. Cutting off nipples, boring and pointless. Porn actor's strike..why?...ok, whatever.

half of the things that support the crazy ideas are total bullshit.
there is no story at all - instead of any interesting story you just get shallow things like boobs and blood, with no meaning. silly, and dumb, not even slightly humerous, and entirely predictable humor.

ugh.. not the movie for me at all.
