Will you accept physical reality or reject it?

Do you accept a state of incompetency or face adversity head in?

Are you willing to sacrifice yourself to change?

Do you operate within your comfort zone or seek the unknown?

Do you accept fate or try to decide your future?

I need a blank slate, no excessive noise type of physical reality which enables proactivity. If it isn't up to par, I'll change it. That said, I'm considerate. I've never changed something and then had someone tell me it was a terrible change, people appreciate the changes I make and usually want more. The goal is to minimize distractions or use distractions as rewards.

Do you accept a state of incompetency or face adversity head in?
I've faced adversity, 1000%, however, I also distance myself from incompetence.

Are you willing to sacrifice yourself to change?
It depends on the change.

Do you operate within your comfort zone or seek the unknown?
It depends.

Do you accept fate or try to decide your future?
I decide and control my future and look beyond determinism.

I'm a hard determinist and existential nihilist, I accept reality for what it is at a macro level.

I'm not sure what you mean by incompetence vs adversity, I have goals and strive to achieve them but I don't seek out needless adversity.

I am all about undergoing physical changes, mental changes just happen.

Mostly within my comfort zone.

I decide my course, whether I succeed is unknown.

I’ve gotten lazy in my existentialism as of late, but at least as a nominal existentialist I assume that existence proceeds essence, that we are and become what we do, and what we do is up to us. Eg regarding comfort zone one would be acutely aware of cases where one’s physiology determines one’s actions - a sin in an existentialist’s eyes.
